SHIPPING:
Free postage is
applicable to products only where stated.
All
in-stock items
will be dispatched as soon as payment is cleared. I always deliver your item as soon as
I possibly can. You will need to make
sure that someone is available to sign for your delivery if by courier or
delivery of your order may not be possible.
POSTAGE AND
PACKAGING:
Although
I cannot
be held responsible for items lost in the post I will always obtain proof of
postage at time of posting. The Post office do not consider an item lost in the
post unless 15 days has lapsed since the item was posted. Once 15 days has
lapsed you will be refunded in full or sent a replacement.
PAYMENT:
Payment can be made
via Paypal using a credit or debit card, Paypal balance or an e-check, whether
you're a member or not.
RETURNS POLICY:
If you are not
satisfied with your purchase within the first 14 days
of your delivery date, I will take back the product and issue a refund or
exchange. Please note that all refunds and exchanges are subject to approval. All products
must be in perfect condition, unused, and resalable. If your order included your
return address and / or an image or personal message, this cannot be refunded.
You should email me using my Contact link at the head of the page with the following information:
1. Your Name and address
2. Card Information
3. Reason for return
4. Specify whether for replacement, exchange, or refund
I will send you a return email with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and
instructions on how, and where to send the package. Please remember that all
returned products must be in the original condition with all-packing material. I
will issue a refund for any items that
meet these conditions.
If for some reason I find I are not able to ship to you within my specified
time scale I will refund you in full including all shipping costs and cancel
your order. I will always contact you first to make sure you are happy with
this as some people are still prepared to wait for the item.
For your
protection, you may ask me to use Insured Parcel Post for shipment. I can only refund
shipping costs if the return is approved as result of my error. The customer
remains responsible for actual shipping charges, including all items shipped to
you free of charge. (Actual shipping bills can be provided when necessary.)
Note: Please allow 14 business days from the time the item is returned to
process a refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the
following billing cycle.
I shall refuse any return without an RA number.
Cancellation:
Cancellations on orders that have already been processed will be accepted and
handled in the same manner as returns. Customer will be responsible for the
shipping. including rejected shipments.
